Workplace Health Assessments
Convenient onsite health assessments that empower employees to take charge of their health

Better Health Starts With Understanding Your Health
CMS partners with organisations to provide complimentary workplace health assessments, making preventative health screening more accessible to employees during their working day.
Using comprehensive, portable screening tools, employees can check important cardiovascular, metabolic and sleep health indicators, receive confidential results and understand what steps they may need to take next.
The initial assessment is completely complimentary for both the organisation and participating employees. As an employer partner, the only requirements are to host the program, promote it internally and provide employees with the opportunity to participate.

Bring Preventative Health Screening to Your Workplace
Our portable health screening tools make it easier for employees to gain valuable insight into their health without the inconvenience of arranging separate medical appointments.
What's Included in Your Complimentary Health Assessment?
Core Health Measures
Blood pressure
Heart rate and heart age
Height, weight and BMI
Body composition
AUSDRISK diabetes risk assessment
Additional Health Measures
Waist circumference
Waist-to-height ratio
Epworth Sleepiness Scale
OSA-50 (obstructive sleep Apnoea risk questionnaire)
These screening measures provide an initial overview of important health indicators and can help identify areas requiring further assessment. They are not definitive diagnostic tests.
Benefits for your organisation:
Convenient onsite screening
Minimal disruption to the working day
Employee engagement in preventative healthcare
Employees receive their own confidential results and appropriate follow-up guidance
Opportunities for aggregated workforce health reporting
Your Results. Your Health. Your Next Steps.
Following their workplace health assessment, each employee receives an individual, confidential health report directly to their nominated email address.
The report includes their screening results, information about potential health risks and guidance on appropriate next steps, including further medical assessment or diagnostic testing where recommended.
Employees can choose to follow up through CMS, CVS or CRS, their own GP or another healthcare provider.
The initial workplace health assessment is complimentary. Further medical consultations, diagnostic investigations or treatment may involve separate fees, which will be explained before proceeding.

Beyond Screening: Connecting Employees With the Right Care
Identifying health risks is only the beginning.
A health check is most valuable when employees understand their results and know what steps to take next.
This is where CMS offers a distinct advantage.
Through our integrated clinical network, employees who identify potential health concerns can access appropriate assessment, advanced diagnostic testing and ongoing medical care.
Cardio Metabolic Services (CMS)
Metabolic health, medical weight management, diabetes risk, cholesterol management, body composition assessment and liver health investigations, including FibroScan.
Cardio Vascular Services (CVS)
Cardiology consultations, ECG, echocardiography, exercise stress testing, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and vascular diagnostics.
Cardio Respiratory Sleep (CRS)
Respiratory and sleep specialist consultations, lung function testing, obstructive sleep apnoea assessment, home-based sleep studies and ongoing sleep management.

From Individual Health Checks to Workforce Health Insights
Workforce reporting may include aggregated participation data, cardiovascular and metabolic health indicators, diabetes risk measures and sleep health screening trends.
Where repeat assessments are offered, organisations may also have the opportunity to evaluate changes in selected health measures over time.
All employer reporting is subject to agreed arrangements, minimum reporting thresholds and appropriate privacy safeguards. Individual employee results remain confidential.
Through aggregated, de-identified reporting, eligible corporate programs can provide insights into:
Employee screening participation
Common cardiovascular risk indicators
Blood pressure trends
Weight and body composition measures
Identified health priorities
Changes in selected health measures following repeat screening
These insights can help organisations move beyond general wellbeing activities towards more targeted, evidence-informed initiatives.

Your Workforce Health Snapshot
For eligible programs, CMS can provide an aggregated workforce health summary and arrange a follow-up discussion to review the findings.
Together, we can explore potential priorities, opportunities for targeted education and whether further screening or health initiatives may be beneficial.
All employer reporting is subject to agreed reporting arrangements, appropriate privacy safeguards and minimum group sizes. Individual employee medical information remains confidential.
How the Complimentary Workplace Health Program Works
1. Express Your Interest — Contact CMS to discuss your organisation, workforce size and preferred screening dates.
2. Schedule Your Assessment — Agree on a suitable date, location and allocated screening times.
3. Invite Your Employees — Promote the complimentary assessment internally and encourage voluntary participation.
4. We Deliver the Screening — CMS attends your workplace and coordinates the health assessments.
5. Employees Receive Their Results — Confidential reports are emailed directly to participating employees.
6. Review Workforce Insights — Where included, CMS can provide aggregated, de-identified health reporting.
A Small Commitment That Can Make a Meaningful Difference
There is no cost to the organisation for the initial health assessments and no requirement to commit to an ongoing corporate health program.
We simply ask participating organisations to agree to host the screening, promote the opportunity internally, allocate suitable times for employees to participate and provide an appropriate onsite space.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and individual employee health information remains confidential.
